I am absolutely positive that I am not the first to do a challenge like this. As my 39th birthday came closer back in February, I took a look at my life. I looked at what I wanted to do, where I wanted to be, and how I wanted to grow. I saw areas that I wanted to improve, I found areas where I wanted to grow, I thought of new things I wanted to learn. And, that, is how MY 40 Before 40 came to be.
I wanted to feel inspired. I wanted to try new things. I didn't want to hold back. What inspires you? How do you pursue your passions? Are there people in your life that inspire you? I wanted answers to all of those questions when I designed my challenge. Have you challenged yourself in this way before? What did it look like for you?

I know I have shared a few of my items on my list in a previous post, but I thought maybe I would share a few more. Maybe it will inspire you to try something new, or think about a way to challenge yourself.
-Learn to make pasta
-Have a girls camping trip
-Monthly Self-Care

As you can see, the items on my list range greatly. And this is not all of them. Some of them are deeply personal and are just for me and my list and family to know. I am proud of my accomplishments so far! I am proud that I am doing this and doing some of this scared! There are things way outside my comfort zone on this list. What do you think? Do you want to hear more about this as I complete things or do things? Let me know in the comments!
See ya soon!
Ali XOXO
